Quality Personnel will go full circle with our employees….Recruiting, training, motivating and retaining the best employees is our business. In addition, our services include: 

• Advertise and recruit as necessary to provide your company with qualified employees.
• Will serve as payroll employer for all staffing employees on your company’s premises.
• Provide all applications, timesheets and other necessary payroll supplies, including W-2 forms.
• QP will withhold and pay all applicable taxes, including federal, state, local taxes, unemployment insurance and worker’s compensation insurance.
• Provide orientation and safety training designed specifically for your company
• Administer drug screens and background checks if required by client.
• Quality Personnel offers health, life, dental, vision and disability insurance to associates.

QUALITY SAFETY

The Quality Personnel staff has extensive background and training in all human resource areas including EEOC, ADA, OSHA, FMLA and worker’s compensation. Quality Personnel utilizes a strict risk control protocol and extensive pre-screening to locate potential risk factors, thereby reducing accidents, controlling costs, lost productivity and turnover. In doing so, Quality Personnel has gained a WRC Certification that recognizes companies who operate at the highest levels in regard to safety and risk management. Quality Personnel has made a commitment to workplace safety and the prevention of lost time injuries. Many safety incentive programs have been established that offer Quality staffing employees the opportunity to earn bonus money for being safe employees while on assignment.
