WRC (Workers’ Compensation Risk Certification)
The Workers Compensation Risk Certification (WRC, pronounced “work”) is a staffing-specific program focusing on the critical area of safety in the co-employer relationship. The WRC Certified Seal identifies a firm’s commitment to safety early in the sales process. The WRC standard is administered by industry leadership including the WRC Advisory Council, the American Staffing Association (ASA) - the voice of the staffing industry, and RCS Services (RCS), the nation’s fourth largest independent risk management consulting firm.
