Basic requirements for Quality Personnel staffing employees are:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or GED (if required by client).
- Have a good work history and references.
- Agree to pass a drug screen.
- Be able to work any shift and overtime.
- Meet all tardiness and attendance requirements.
- Meet work performance standards.
- Wear appropriate work clothes, shoes, and safety equipment.
- Agree to a criminal background check.
- Other requirements will be based upon Client needs.
